Sept 13, at about 7:00 MT I performed a number of system maintenance tasks. This upgraded nearly every server we run, in some way or another.

Please let me know if there's any bugs that you see as a result. Otherwise the system should be running a bit faster now.

I could be wrong, but it sure looks like any attempts at editing one's post results in a subtopic thing being created with the edited post inside. The original posts don't change, and the new posts are added to a person's post count. I honestly have no idea what's going on, just trying to help.

Example.

Ok, everything says I have a new PM, but when I go to check, they're all read. Guess you have another bug to work out. Ok, now it's saying that I must login to use the PM feature. Smiley: grin

Sub-threads are a normal function of the forums here, but I've also had this happen during edits in the past.

Personally, I like the subthreads when they work properly. I used to use them quite a bit.

you have anyone on ignore? If I remember right people you've ignored still show that you have a new PM. ...Unless that's already been fixed Smiley: grin

I have someone on ignore, but I wouldn't expect a message from them. It was legitimate, just a bug that wasn't allowing me to see it until today.
