Changing account name - creating a new accountFollow

I would like to change my account name ... reading through the forums I see others who ask to do this with low post numbers like myself are advised to simply create a new account. I don't mind doing this, however, as my premium account is good through December, how can I change my premium account to a new account? Hopefully this request for information is clear enough to understand.
