unknown server :: World of Warcraft

hello all. haveing a big problem with the item collector since i patched it to the new version. all three of my comps have the same problem along with my best friend next door updated the item collecter got same problem on both his comps. problem is after starting item collector, logging in to game, will zone a toon and the item collector picks up all items etc. go to profiles page to update my player on site and it says unknown server next to characters name click upload and get unknown server error. i have a thread started on this with no replys except several other users also with same problem. any idea what is wrong? link to my thread on this https://everquest.allakhazam.com/forum.html?forum=3&mid=1093399555119043694&num=8

As rale posted on the sticky thread here, SOE has been renaming and numbering servers internally. (Right now, the DNS doesn't even line up). Rale's put a partial fix up for itemcollector meanwhile.
