I don't know how to set an avatar and put pictures in my posts...help

Apparently my instructions were mean, here is the original, below I included the friendly version.

1. Click User Account on the left Nav.
2. Click on Your Files.
3. Upload the picture you want to use for your avatar.
4. Click User Account on the left Nav.
5. Under the Avatar Image Option should now be your picture.
6. Click Save User Settings


To get smileys in your posts click [smileys help] in the same area you would set bold/underline etc.

and you spelled ********** wrong, it should be **********.

1A. Pick some flowers. :-)
2. Click on Your Files. :-)
2A. Smell the flowers from 1A. :-)
3. Upload the picture you want to use for your avatar. :-)
4. Click User Account on the left Nav. :-)
5. Under the Avatar Image Option should now be your picture. :-)
5A. Put the flowers from 1A into a vase. :-)
6. Click Save User Settings :-)
7. Spend some time with a loved one. :-)
8. Pet a cat. (hopefully not the dead one from your signature LOL LOL ) :-)

To get super awesome happy smileys in your super awesome happy posts click [smileys help] in the same area you would set bold/underline etc. :-)

You silly person, you spelled ********** wrong, here is the happy joy-joy way to spell it:**********. :-)

Make sure the picture you select is 100x100
