I'd like to request my video thread to be stickied in the General Discussion Forum. There has been multiple requests (in thread) to be stickied. If not, not a problem but I would just be curious as to why it couldn't or wouldn't be stickied.

Sorry, I have been told that nothing get's stickied in the FFXI main forum.
Rather than sticky, I'd rather see posts like that go in as guides, or some other place.
The reason is, while your post is very very helpful, over time there are (hopefully) many very helpful posts. Which eventually builds up to a huge list of sticky threads. The goal here is not to have stickied threads as a rule.
