Item Collector W/O Profiles avail......Follow

Hi....not sure if this has been covered or not been lookin for a while and i havent seenit yet but that doesnt mean much hehe.

I have a premium account and have been attempting to use the item collecter/auto profile updater to do my profiles on here but no matter how i work it i cannot get it to find a server much less a character on my account. ive even created a "shell" on here for it to look at first in case that was needed. after ive zoned a half doezen times i switch to windowed mode and look (also wanna upload while near a bank hehehe) and under profiles it is completly blank. i also keep getting this msg:

Wait, Stromm is considered a localized server? I thought it was a completely normal server, just with transfers prohibited and newbies "advised" to start there.
