I did a bit of repair work, but really, you don't want to post threads complaining about your karma. It annoys people and you end up with ratings you normally wouldn't get just out of spite.
I agree. Honestly Grimmers, I've been reading the forums for a long time before my actual first post, and you're the only person that I recall that's so obsessed with his karma. I don't know what pushed you to go and put two threads on the same day about your karma but I think the admins were extremely nice to go and do some damage control.
I can't say I would have done the same, since it was all of your own doing. Most people, like me, come to these forum to get info about the games, not participate in a popularity contest. If it was up to me it would be like slashdot and you couldn't see the precise score of each poster on each post, that would reduce "Karma Whoring" (TM /. 1997-2004)
