Stacking issuesFollow

Been trying to figure out some stuff about stacking, and havent really found the correct answer anywhere.
If this was allready covered in forum I didnt manage to find it (if anyone would be so kind to provide a link :) )

How does the info on stacking work on Lucy?

For instance:

http://lucy.allakhazam.com/stacking.html?id=2247&source=Live

Blessing of Vah Kerrath. Discussion if this is only a "different kind of Flowing Thought" and hence having Flowing Thought maxed would not provide the additional 8 mana pr tick, or does this stack (to become a total of 23 mana/tick, 15 FT + 8)?

The basic question is: How do i read the stacking issues on Lucy? All thats listed is what does NOT stack with the given "spell"? or vice versa?

Thanks

You're talking about two different things, stacking and caps.

In the case of the VT neck there, you're talking about the Worn Mana Regen Cap, which is not a stacking issue persay.

Worn Mana Regen Cap

or Aka "FT15" The absolute most mana you can recover from worn effects is 15/tic. It doesn't matter what the effect is named, what the effect has with it (haste, atk, regen, etc) - as long as the effect is Worn, it counts towards this cap. All the effects stack to 15. Nothing goes past.

Spell Stacking 101

When you pull up a spell - Let's take for example Blessing of the Nine, it lists a number of effects in a number of slots. The spell data file has room for 12 slots total. No two identical effects can exist the same "slot" in your buffs at any given point in time. Lucy lists the spells which conflict with a given spell, if there is no conflict - then the spells stack.

Make sense?
