Augmented Cloak of the Lost Oasis not being updatedFollow

My character has a Cloak of the Lost Oasis with the Augment Gravestone Fragment of Flailling Dead (36% Haste from BB Adventures 1150 Poitns). When I try to update it thru the item collector it lists the item and augment in Item Collector Program. But it is not being uploaded when I hit update. I get a Null in the back slot on my character. When I try to auto select my back item I do not see a option for the Cloak of the Lost Oasis in the drop down box. All my other items our being updated correctly.

I run a Windows XP Pro, with a Network Cable modem. If you need any further information please let me know.
