Upload ProfileFollow

I do not have this option in the options-> settings window
I have the latest version. i have zoned, logged on, and logged off and under the file->profile window there are still no profiles listed. one thing i have that isnt mentioned in the readme next to profile support is a rectangular box that at first show .\
next to that text box is a button with ... in it that when i press it wants me to save "profile" somewhere.
any help would be appreciated.
