RDM buffFollow

I've been thinking over what people have been saying about RDM (particularly where unique buffs and debuffs are needed) and had an idea for a unique spell that RDM could have.

Adorn (or whatever you want it to be called) Lvl 99.
AoE Buff that increases each native job trait one level.
Lasts 3:00 min

Basically if casted on oneself as a naked lvl 99 rdm, each job trait would increase by 1. SO we would have Fastcast VI, Shield Mastery II, Magic attack bonus IV, etc.

This would one make RDMs more desirable, and also be useful in a zerg situations. There would need to be some things to hash out, but, over all, what would you all think of this one spell added to RDM's ********

Oh and throw in Enfeebling magic bonus traits while you're at it SE

I dont mean to rain on your parade, since RDM could surely use a little upgrade by now, but i fail to see just what such a buff has to do with the job or it's strengths. If feels like it's just placed on RDM because there's room for improvement, and not that it compliments the job, it's abilities or the vision behind the job. Could you elaborate?

Enfeebling magic traits i can understand, but this seems a little weird to me.

I'm rather taking into consideration the enhancing magic over all and the enfeebling overhaul. As of yet, RDMS are torn as to what direction the job should go towards. I really should have elaborated. My friend and I were having a discussion and if they enhancing magic and enfeebling magic overhaul is good, then RDM needs to have access to spells that would make this beneficial. Especially since RDM has the highest enhancing magic skill (aside from SCH). The one I'm proposing is something that would be useful in and out of endgame. This is just one spell that would be useful for every job, and with the introduction of other spells, job abilities, etc. Red mge would have a place again.

But it is one spell in the context of the discussion above, so again, I apologize for not clarifying that.

Instead of begging the devs to change RDM (into mirrors of other support classes) so that it fits into current popular events, maybe the players should be asking the devs to create and promote more events that cater to RDM's (and other hybrids) strengths.
