If the developers manage to read this thread could they please look into the !! trigger rates in Dynamis?
What i mean by this is that !!'s requiring the use of a Job Ability seem to be EXTREMELY high compared to that of Magic and to a lesser extent Weapon Skills.

If the !! rate for Job Abilities is not to be lowered then could the rate of activation on Magic/Weapon Skills be increased to match the rate?

It would be nice to farm Dynamis currency and not have to compete against 10-20 Lv99 BST/DNC because Job Ability !! targets are the only ones worth doing.

Upping the rate of magic/ws procs, {Yes, please.}. But nerfing the JA procs isn't the answer, everyone without pocket mage would still be at JA mobs, because ws proc mobs tend to die before you can proc.

Those bst/dnc are usually on the EP mobs in there. There are a lot more camps(DC's) in dynamis that you can farm and not see a single person near you the whole 2 hrs in there and still walk away with a lot of currency, af and other goodies.

I've never had a prob on getting a ws proc before the mob dies when I go in farming (Blu/Dnc). While i agree the magic rate should be increased being its on a perma vacation at times. Usually only time i get a magic mob is from links. Being the magic rate of proc is so low, I sleep, silence then zerg the **** out of it and move on.

Here's a hint.... don't keep using your strongest ws on the mob that needs a ws to proc.

Just as I don't agree stealing a camp from someone who was there first, I don't really agree with forcing someone to take a lesser reward as a consequence. Yes, that's the result of demanding people go for DCs, as 20-some levels on mobs do make a difference on kill speed and survivability. As a result, this directly affects your return on investment.

I'm not sure what kooky formula cooked up to derive proc rates, but they're obviously not (brace for it) balanced. Single target WS and Magic need better rates to be spreading people out more. Cities/Icelands also need to be improved to coax people there instead of Dreamlands only. If I wanted to really dream, lockouts would also be per zone instead of all, but that's just me hating how a game dictates what players do with their time.

Have had plenty of mobs die from viperbite of all things because, you know, can't generate tp off of thin air (unless you're a dnc main with NFR). Having to get another ws proc mob to get tp from is kinda counterproductive too.

My average seems to be 10 ws per proc.

WS Proc is more like 1 in 5 in my experience. I've never had much problem doing it, and often if our camps are crowded me & my Dyna partner will mix in some WS Proc mobs without losing much speed. I use Mystic Boon and he uses Wasp Sting. We fight DC stuff though, so it has more HP.

The magic proc rate DEFINITELY needs work. It's not uncommon for me on SMN to sic my avatar on a mob and then spam Dia nonstop until it dies (no Blood Pacts, just straight avatar melee & Dia) and still not proc. 20+ casts without proc is fairly common. Magic proc rates are just stupid. WS proc rates are low-ish, but not stupidly low.

The best solution will simply be to do away with the proc system by either:

A. Making all JA's/WS's/Magic proc on -any- monster and not just a select few.

B. Removing the procs and simply reinstating the original droprate they always had, instead of the extremely gimped proc rate you now have unless you get the !! trigger.

C. a combination of both. Keeping !! staggers, but making it have no effect on drops, simply by massively boosting droprates regardless.

It's a little troublesome when there's only a handful of each trigger-kind monster in the zone, and the only way to check is to enter. If the few camps there are happen to be full, you lost a dynamis day since you cannot zone out and retry later that same day.

I actually like the trigger rotations and such that keep you moving around. I think it makes Dynamis less of a chore when you actually have to think about it a little.

Also, if they fix the proc rates, it will result in people spreading out more. Right now, Dynamis is getting crowded as more people start doing it, because everyone is competing for JA proc mobs. If people were spread out among the 3 different proc types then the whole zone would be more available for everyone.
