Just a suggestion to please allow NPC fellows to gain some EXP boost somehow.
The last few levels to 85 cap are taking FOREVER, not allowed in Aby, not allowed in Level sync etc Maybe we could allow them to get increased EXP when we pop a Emp. or novennial band ? (which also dont work in Aby).
Not sure how EXP is calculated for them with Player > Fellow level difference, but it appears they get miniscule exp fighting EP -DC to level 90 PC.
Or maybe add new "Bond" quests/fights that give a good chunk of EXP to NPC (repeatable daily/weekly ?)
Or maybe allow them to GoV/FoV with us ? (& get page exp)
Anyway, would appreciate something here, as I enjoy this aspect of the game & would like progress to be a little quicker.

Well, you can get your fellows 5,700 exp max during tactics pearl quest weekly, also iirc could buy miratete's memoirs with points to get them exp as well.
It'd be nice to get them to 85 faster, but yeah while fellows are incredibly useful the biggest problem I personally have isn't exp--but lack of refresh for their healing job, which stalwart shield gets.
I'd like to level mine faster too--but with so many things in this game speeding ahead since abyssea, its nice to lay back and enjoy new quests and view cutscenes available from my signal pearl npc that haven't been added in years.
If you have 20 merits to grab or need to exp a 75+ job to 90, take them with you and do grounds of valor. Or team up with people in wajaom doing wind trials (those guys hustle to kill mobs) and your fellow will level in no time.
