Exp is now easy to come by, but you get a job to 75+ for melee, or 60+ for mages it's still difficult if you starting from a low level (lvl 10+). You'll have to either beg for a leech spot in (key man) an Abyssea exp alliance or have a friend help you up to those required levels.

My suggestion is to have said player (If he has a high level job)earn his/her own points for that job.

Have a button called, "Experience points to transfer" activated and every single exp point you get from that point on gets collected. At the end of the party, you go to your moogle and place the points that you just earned on that job you want to level up.

Granted, you won't have any skill in that job (but what you did prior to) but most of the player base is use to players not having skill now with all the level cap parties and the leeching that been going on. At least you can get to the levels required for abyssea to have a chance to learn the job from there.

Reminds me of the suggestions we had to allow merit points to be converted back into exp.

eh...might as well stop calling them experience points then....

More likely to get the merits conversion back to xp than this kind of idea, since at best as you would be limited to the 20 merits, and probably not a 1:1 ratio of 10k xp back per merit.

Just solo your job a few hours at a time, it isn't hard to level any job (except maybe whm still since it doesn't have much melee output low, nor nuking) You pick on EP-DC mobs and FoV, or you pick on IT mob pets which are slightly lower in level and can be melee'd or nuked to death. I don't see any reason you should need an EXP transfer system tbh, especially with the likelihood of lower level parties becoming more popular again if the exp changes are done right in conjunction with FOV changes.

EXP is easy to get, stop being lazy.
