Once you get over 4k hp (which you will with better gear) health isnt an issue.
ROUGHLY the stats work out like:
STR like 7 times better than anything else
DETERMINATION or CRITICAL HIT RATING are about the same, depending on gear one might be better than the other but they are fairly equal in performance boost.
ACCURACY should be kept at all times, I believe the Turn5 cap is 480-490 but I don't know in my full ilvl90 gear I have like 515 acc.
SKILL SPEED is *NOT* useless, though it has a few drawbacks, I would evaluate it somewhere around 2/3 value of a crit or determination point. (Problems: Extra TP cost, not syncing up as well in some rotations // squeezing in jumps inbetween attacks BUT that last bit should hopefully be changing in 2.1) DEFINITELY more DPS by adding this stat, but definitely your tertiary. :p
The problem with Skill Speed is that unless you have enough to use at least 1 extra ability in the time it would take you to complete your normal rotation it is useless. You also run into issues with TP conservation over long fights, so getting more power out of every ability is preferable, in my opinion, to getting 1 extra hit every 3rd rotation. @TheAnf: I believe Acc cap is 473 or 475. I have no idea what Crit cap is, if any.
