I joined a gym last week and went for the first time this morning. I am convinced the Elliptical machine was made by Satan himself. I did 20min on it, 15min on the bike, and did a 5min Ab workout. I feel like I'm gonna die and everything is Jello, and seriously questioning why I am doing this. Hanging on my closet door is the cutest tankini in a reasonable size for my height and build, I'm going to get into it by summer if it kills me. I have fought my weight since my early 20's and with the big 3-0 fast approaching, I need to get a handle on it now or I'm never going to. This is also one of my resolutions made at New Year's that I'm kinda getting a late start on, but better late than never!
