I remember reading the story back in February or so. About the Diamond heist in Brussels. 15 minutes, in and out, no one hurt. They have found a bunch of suspects and made 31 arrests.

I thought it was a pretty interesting story when it first came out.

I liked the original Rat Pack version better than the Clooney version.

I liked both versions. Ocean's 12 I did not like.

Except they can't really sell them on consignment, like the usual vendors, who usually have some flavor of exclusivity contract with the gem cutters.

If one is going to steal that many dollars worth in diamonds, it's safe to presume they already have a plan to convert them to cash.
