It's finally spring in North Dakota! It hit 75 today (Yes, Farenheight)... and there was very little wind. Which gave us the great opportunity to start cleaning up the yard.

Tons of leaves, crab apples from last fall, the dog crap, and a old truck topper that was there when we bought the place. It's all cleaned up and shiny now.

I'd take a photo, but you know all that barren dirty that was under the topper wouldn't be too exciting.

75 F isn't spring you know. It's like Spring said ********** ND" and pushed Summer ahead of it.

Last Thursday it snowed so hard that a tree fell right on top of my car. Well, more accurately, it fell around my car. Broke in two, and one piece fell on my neighbors car and the other on my roommate's car, but only kinda scratched mine. I got hella lucky.

Spring has finally gotten here too last week, today is supposed to be ~20°C and from tomorrow on we'll be back to half that and rain. Oh joy.

Thank god not -20, winter's had it's chance this year and totally screwed it up. It's time for Spring and summer now.

I live in Scotland. We just have wind and rain.

We got 19C today here, even the rest of Scotland broke 20, but tomorrow we're back to clammy cold, probably.

Whiskey is an Irish invention. Check your facts. I think I taught you this years ago, Aethien.

It was 55F in Georgia on Sunday.

In May.

May is just as drunk as April and March were.

A weather thread.

We've had a remarkably beautiful stretch of warm sunny perfect spring weather. Though it's been dry and fiery. Tomorrow it ends.

The Scots make better whiskey though, or I should say whisky. I always forget which is which.

The Irish one is spelled with an 'e'.

My favourites are Bushmills, Jameson and Johnnie Walker Black, not in any particular order.

I prefer the sharp flavours that a scotch whisky offers, although I can't say I've had enough of them to name a favourite. I'm trying not to get into whisk(e)ys as just beer is expensive enough of a hobby already.

Bourbon or whisky aged stouts are delicious though. Smiley: inlove
