Had my regular check up Wednesday... all tests came back in good standing. I've not lost any weight in over 6 months, I've even gained 3 pounds since November (this puts me at around 127 now). Smiley: yippee

That is all.

I haven't weighed 127lb since I was like 14, And barring massive weight loss due to amputation I will likely never be again.

... yes... I'm far below average weight for my height (5'10 - 5'11)...yet I eat junk food and drink nothing but soda. I don't exercise. I've always been skinny with a high metabolism though, the most I've ever weighed was 165, that was seventeen years ago I think (around the 10th grade). From 18 to 25 my body weight stayed around 155...

HIV is a great diet if you want to lose weight, aside from that I'd say avoid getting it.

The same for me. 6' 145lbs~ for last 9 years. I am diabetic though, over the last year I regained 15 lbs. Hoping I can get back to 195 lbs range. Annoying to change diet and how often/much I take my meds though.
