Should be adding climbing on Tuesday and Thursday morning and I'm going to see if I can manage to do Taekwon do on Mondays after circuit training as well. Hopefully when it starts to get warmer I'll be able to get out of bed earlier and maybe add some cardio classes or jogging in the morning.
I was never really an exercise person growing up, but it's amazing how much of a difference finding activities you enjoy doing makes.

I think the problem I've been having lately is that I'm not really having 'rest' days. I'll do 1-2 workouts a day plus or minus some activities (volleyball, hockey). What are peoples thoughts on rest days? How many should I have?
