So, have you guys been doing anything to exercise recently? I figure there's probably a few who are, considering the whole new years resolutions and all.
Four months ago when I joined my school's crew team, I could just barely run a mile. This morning, I rowed 10 kilometers on a machine, then immediately got up and ran 4.4 miles in the 30 degree weather, all before 7:30 AM.
It's pretty amazing what you can do if you really work for it.
Have you guys been keeping active? What's your routine normally, if you've got one? ****, even just getting out and walking for five minutes a day is awesome.
