So this is a thing, and since it was on sale at the local beauty supplies shop, I caved and bought a bottle and one of the little magnets the other day.

After playing with that one bottle, I went back and bought it in every single color they had while it was on sale. ****, ladies, this is the coolest thing that you can apply to your nails. And I sound like a cyborg, too, when I describe how I got the effect on my nails.

Now all I think about is how badass a car would look covered in this stuff.

On the other hand, I'm sort of disappointed that I didn't get super powers from it. If they marketed nail polish to guys, they'd need to have a disclaimer: "This product does not turn you into Magneto. You will not have the power to single-handedly destroy electronics at will. Sorry."

You realize that the magnets are not IN your nails, right? Just iron dust.

Guess that explains why it was on sale, then.

I don't think that's really a danger.

The stuff is pretty awesome, though. Just don't get sucked into the world of custom polishes on Etsy... Smiley: lol

For some reason I was expecting to see a picture of somebody able to pick metal up with their nails.
