Clearly the answer is milk. Cookies are good, but they need milk to be great. Milk is good and make so many other things great.

Cookies in general aren't that awesome but some cookies just make the world better. Like stroopwafels. And stroopwafels are always good, milk needs to be made into something else before it's any good.
I guess if coffee milk is put into play, I might need to revise my position.
