Then again, up to 2 glasses of alcohol a day for men and 1 for women is beneficial to your health. Although 1 glass of craft beer pretty much counts for 2 because of the alcohol levels, but even then I still don't really pass that in an average week.
You're 23 now, right? I always forget if you're older or younger than I am...
