After a year and two months of being jobless I finally landed a gig doing tech support for a nice little company called NACR. They basically build, monitor and repair Networks for small to large businesses. Its contract to hire so I need to bust my ass to make it a permanent thing.
I want to thank my previous employer for not seeing my potential, laying me off, giving me an all expense paid vacation and opportunity to go to school and learn a new trade. Oh and I'll be making 25% more an hour than my previous job and if I go salary, $18,000 more a year.
I am pretty goddamn excited, time for a beer.
