As posted on another forum of mine... they discovered that there is something at www.apple.com happening tomorrow as you can clearly see. There are thoughts about it being wireless syncing, some 'cloud' thing, or even some new streaming music service through itunes that will do away with the current mp3 piracy system that's in use now by the RIAA... any thoughts and conjectures on what might be up?

Also, since we are recently under mostly republican power now, and more than likely our next president will be some shady republican, do you think this country will ever be able to sort itself out and move away from this archaic political system? Basically I just want you to tell me when pot and gay marriage will be legal.

Seemed pretty clear to me that he just didn't want to say.

1. Trust me, its not a huge amount. I can, and do make more doing other things. It's not really about the pay though for me at least.
2. Yes we do have such a policy
3. It's not really polite to my co workers to discus that type of thing.

Hmm. Probably one of the more agrivating things is checking the various links that get posted. It's easier now with report thread, but I've seen some terrible things over the years. Then there were situations like the whole 'Abbay / oxid" saga where some punk little kid tried and essentially succeeded in convincing the forum "she" had just suffered back to back miscairages" eventually caught him in some fairly big lies, but there was alot of heated back channel excahnge from that one that never got aired out in the forums that was really annoying. The death threat had to be pretty far up the list as well. The thread itself was accompanied by several "interesting" e-mais sent directly from the individual, and remains one of only 2 threads I know of where law enforcement actually got involved. The other being the whole "skeet" mess.

There have been some ban actions that have been less than plesent too over the years for various reasons. Some I dind't agree with but were directed, a few others where I got overruled, but were eventually reinstated. Those are never fun.
