If I could I would be a famous writer and raconteuse, and the reason I can't is because I'm lazy.
WTF, why is "raconteuse" not a word? Women aren't supposed to be witty and charming?

If I could I would Exercise More and the reason that I can't is because I'm too @#%^ing lazy to work out more than 1-2 times a week.
ooh, that's a good one! Well, here are some tips:
1. Park a little further away. 2. Take the stairs. 3. Go the long way around. 4. Carry something around for no reason. 5. Do it manually (whatever it is, heh). 6. Get an exercise ball to sit on while working at the computer or watching tv.
Anyone else got some?

If I could I would live in solitude and the reason that I can't is because my father is still alive.
Cherrish it, mine died unexpectedly this summer and I'd give just about anything to have one more visit with him. His father's day present is still in the freezer.

I know how you feel. Hope it's getting better for you as well...

Yeah yeah, more about the kids.
Find some other folks interested in training or classes in the community and set up a community babysitting trade-off group.

As much as I'm sure this sounds like a great solution, it really isn't. Caring for an autistic child is difficult especially if you haven't been around or trained to do so. Next is ABA and floortime therapies are normally taught as part of a master's degree program, and I don't even have a BS yet.

Ahh, I didn't realize your child was autistic. Well, do you have any interest in getting a B.S.? Do you actually care to be "certified" in the above therapies, or do you just want to learn them for personal enrichment?

Both actually. I plan on in the next few years going back and finishing a degree in early childhood education. It's just the more I see of my kid's classmates, the more it makes me want to give them what they need. It's a long process, but I'm sure one day it'll be worth it.
If I could I would stay at home all day every day playing video games and the reason that I can't is because I have bills to pay.
Are you any good? You could start a video game blog.
1. Play games 2. Write about games 3. Something something 4. Profit!

Wait, your kid(s) in school now? Are you working while they're at school? If not, why not take a class now? Have you considered doing some of your coursework online?
