First off, I wanna say, I wish people would quit apologizing for they say, you obviously meant it, you must belive what you say. IMHO there is no "heat of the moment" "I was drunk" or any of that BS. Stand by what the hell you say.

Second, it is called freedom of speech, but this right apparently went to the "ZOMG I have paper thin skin and I cry when you sai the N-Word" and therefore I cant say what may possibly one in a million chance offend Joe Blow halfway across the world. Grow the fuck up people, they are words, we can say what we want when we want and fuck you if you dont agree.

No. You can't. First Amendment rights only extend to the offended parties ears. After that, all bets are off. You can't say anything that personally offends someone else's delicate sensibilities without the possibility of causing emotional distress and resulting in a crime/lawsuit.
