Yes, but their certificate is invalid. It appears to be a self-issued SSL that's causing your problems.


I have no problem opening links because my Firefox is locked down tighter than a nun's virginity.

Got a "Certificate Verified By Unknown Authority" warning.

Definitely not clicking Approve.

It's a .mil site, it'll be work safe if it opens.
I can't even resolve the IP address for it.

It was some database a user was trying to get into.
The issue ended up being with an external DNS server.
