Yeah I started playing this and since Flix is too busy wishing people aids and won't talk to me on MSN so I thought I would ask here (and I need postcount+1 for my 1k ding). How many people in OoT actually play it? Once you get your resources in order and start building factories and research stuff what all can you do with your ships. Can you take over other peoples planets? Whats the purpose of getting a moon for your planet? Anymore insightful tips? Post 'em here.

Also in before read a guide or links to a guide or sarcastic comments. I want to discuss it here, not look it up.

Quite a few of us from what I understand.

Can you take over other peoples planets?

No.

Whats the purpose of getting a moon for your planet?

First 2 are pretty obvious. A moon allows the construction of a Sensor Phalanx, which works similar to espionage probes, except, well, better! The other would be a Jump Gate, which allows ships to instantly go from moon to moon. Please note, that it requires 2 moons to functionally build a Jump Gate. The last reason a moon is neat is because a moon allows you to fleetsave invisibly.

Anymore insightful tips?

I could give you a ton of tips, but unless you bring up a specific topic I'm not going to share as I am disinclined to type them all out at once.

Thank you much.

Honestly I'd say concentrate on building up your defenses. Because that way when you get past the noob protection, people will start to attack you. Eventually, over time you'd be able to make death stars, and those are cool in themselves.

I just started playing a few weeks ago. There must be a lot of people that start accounts and just quit, because I rocketed from last place to ~1850/3050 pretty quickly.

Where t is the number of threads about ogame, and i is my interest in ogame, as t → ∞, i → 0.

When solving for T in relation to I, once must consider TT which is the relationship between ***** and O-game.

So:

I = interest in the game

TT = number of penises involved in O-game

T = Number of threads about O-game from people who are interested

Solve for T:

I(TT) = T

Edit: Meh I tried.
