That may be, but it's usually insufficient to make the news. Add to that that it was American destroyers and two ships were sunk, it's hardly a common occurrence. Smiley: mad

All Navy Vessels should be stocked with Ninja gear for soldiers to dress in when they overtake Pirating ships.

actually this is more and more the occasion. it is just that the bush administration is in such deep **** right now that it needs all the good press it can get.

there is a large international force in that part of the world to fight the pirates. more often then not the pirates are after the crew for ransom. it is good to see the US fleet sinking some pirates, just wish the news would pick up on more positive actions by the US instead of the negative actions of the terrorists.

It looks like one of the ships the navy saved was North Korean.
