Hey everyone, i just bought FFT for PSP last night. I played it on the PSone and I really wanted to master it this time, like get all the characters max lvl and finish deep dungeon etc.

Last time i tried to do this I wasnt sure which characters to keep and I had trouble with having enough space, how many of the beggining squires/chemists should i keep? and should I always leave space to pick up all the storyline characters throughout the game.

Thirdly, should I just level the class that the storyline characters already are and just lvl everythign else with ramza and the squires etc.

Wrong Forum.

But to answer your question, they increased the character capacity from 16 in the PSX version to 24 in the PSP version. This was to accommodate some new secret characters.

To make it easier on yourself, have every character learn at least the Focus ability from Squire (This makes for easy JP acquirement during battles). And some basics from the Chemist (Pheonix Down, Potion, Hi Potion, Antidote).

Then just choose what ever you want. I've kept every character the game has gaven me, but I only level 5 of them. (Funny how some are 40-50 and the others that the game gave me were only 8). I currently have I think... 10 or 12 characters, plenty of room for the extras that will be added.
