I got into a drunk arguement with a buddy at a bar last week during the first game, talking about how the MLB, Networks, etc. all were in on a conspiracy to make money by making the world series last more than just 4 games...
I ranted, while drunk, about how they would make potentially 75% more money (3 more games) if they played all 7 instead of just 4. And that it was better for the teams to play in a way that would not end up 4-0...
Now, I know very little about baseball and don't watch it... so I was talking out of my ***, and now it's 7th inning in what looks like the Sox winning the series 4-0...
Damn them for making me wrong.
