I believe the product being sold is some kind of cologne for shut-ins, but it's sort of abstract, like a Calvin Klein ad.

how do you add two pictures together in photoshop? I forgot ><
I had to make my own because nobody else would.

Use the rectangle marq. or lasso or magic wand thing to select what you want from one picture into the other , Layer via cut, and drag it into the other picture that is also open. Free transform it to make it the proper size , add some text , and you have an OOT ad.
