User: [Completely frustrated] This thin client! and a docking station or a switch box or something.
Usagi: Thank you. I will put a ticket in for Seth to come help you with your crap.
So I put a ticket in for the tech named Seth:
User has requested that Seth come by and show him how to use the crap on his desk.
The crap is apparently a thin client and a docking station, and possibly a KVM switch box.
Sometimes, I really do love my job.

well you did better then HP is doing right now.
since about 9:30pm EST last night i have been tried to download the drivers for my printer for OSx. i have called, sent e-mail after e-mail to the webmaster for the HP site and their web page is FUBAR. it is not connecting to give the file for download.
after 1.5hours last night on the phone i finnaly get someone who spoke english clear enough to understand what i wanted and was told their web page was down with no ETA of it being fixed. keep trying it should be back up soon... well that was 12 hours ago and it is still not working.

i would so love to, but sadly the guy i was talking with last night (last guy at least) was in Canada... no clue were HP hosts their servers though. those are the guys that need a kick in the nads.

I flinched a little... Only because I have seen someone kicked nearly that hard and they ended up with an ambulance ride before going to jail to join his wife.
I felt a little bad for him.
