Very good guide... pretty much all the same rules that I have tried to abide by since I started posting here.

Just a thought, if it gets stickied and you include the different stylesheet karma level listings, maybe make a chart so you don't have to go through the text over and over again explaining it. (Like, having to say for the FFXI stylesheet, Scholar is yellow, etc., etc...)

The chart could be something like...

_____________________________________________
     |  User   | Scholar  |  Sage  |  Guru   |
=============================================|
Main |  Color  |  Color   | Color  |  Color  |
EQ   |         |          |        |         |
FFXI |         |          |        |         |
WoW  |         |          |        |         |
EQ2  |         |          |        |         |
=============================================/

Unfortunately, with the [pre] tags, you can't include code to change the coloring, but someone may be able to suggest another way to make the table still work while also making the color tags work.

Not trying to steal your spotlight, just throwing out an idea that may come in handy.

XD You'd think so... but actually, I just got my Associate's about a year and a half ago. For some reason they didn't change the requirement from COBOL to Java until the year after I was finished.

Sadly, it can still be put to use. I have a friend that I graduated with that works for an insurance company, and part of his job includes maintaining some of their old COBOL programs. (He once accidentally deleted a 300,000 line program he was supposed to be working on. Luckily it was on a mainframe with about a million identical copies, but can you imagine having to sit there while the whole thing deletes? o.o)

Sure, I will, even though I'm not really the person that manages stickies

Couple suggestions though:
Feedback Forum is really the good place, randomly PMing admins is hit or miss.

Could you add the line breaks back to my quote? it's really hard to read all in one chunk

That's really interesting. I just haven't heard COBOL since my days of buying computer magazines and programming games onto my Commodore VIC-20 in BASIC.

The easy way to figure out Danalog's stylesheet (assuming you have PhotoShop).

1. Open up the color palette.
2. Near the bottom right, you will see a # sign followed by a place to enter six digits.
3. Copy the hex code that Danalog provided into that box. (Example, the 12FF00 from the EQ2 stylesheet for Sage:
.Sage,#Sage {
color: #12FF00;
font-weight: bold;}
will turn out to be a kind of Lime Green color in PhotoShop.)

That will save you from having to look around all over the site to figure out what stylesheet makes what title what color. That's a lot of "what"s...
