Yea so this frigging book is everywhere now. They are already planning on making a movie sometime next year and every A-list actor is scrambling to get in on it. What the hell? I am actually too lazy and illiterate to go out and read it. Someone tell me what is up with this book?

"going to war without france is like going deer hunting without an accordian. youre not carrying around all that noisy, useless baggage"

lol...gonna be a few minutes before my co-workers stop looking at me funny.

what else am I supposed to do? Don't even think about suggesting "work", because I've tried that and it didn't agree with me.

lol sounds familiar!

The quote about France and war is quite funny, but if I was going into action, a detachment from La Legion Entrangere would be near the top of my wish list.

I have not read the DaVinci Code. I suppose the big deal about it is that it takes shots at the Catholic Church, and this makes people happy.

I did read Angels and Demons (or whatever it was called), that was okay, but not great. The main character is a bit vanilla.

Man, reading this forum is like living in Alabama. Everything is like 2 years behind (or more).

Ketchup!

Ok ok... to elaborate. The Da Vinci Code is an awesome fact filled storey with the main line being the hugest concipracy theory of all times. It doesnt question wether Christ existed, actually in the storey his existance is one of the huge key factors but, it does question the authenticity of the bible. Did Christ leave a blood line behind when he died is the main storey line. Its an awesome book. It is very well written, so much of an addiction and it brings to light facts, people, conspiracy, secret societies and more that can be traced to hard cold truths. It is a FICTIONAL storey with enough fact in it to make people go Hmmmm...... Read it, love it, buy it and tell all your friends about it.

Sheesh, learn to type and spell. I thought Smash was bad.

I'm not even going into sentence structure, hyphens or apostrophes.

The Da Vinci code was ok. Not the best, but good. Worth a read if you have the time.

Instead of expecting a bunch of people you don't know to give you an accurate summary, go buy the book and a dictionary.

some of the conspiricy stuff from The DaVinci Code didn't seem very likely to me, (in fact we talked about some of the errors from the book in my art history class) but it was still fun to read. That might be because I'm a loser and enjoy books though.

When a book sells as many copies as The Da Vinci Code did, a lot of people are going to want in on the movie, more possible money for actors and Hollywood in general.
