Danish Techno (you don't say)Follow

Yeah, I'm just wondering if anyone heard the song:

En Sort Lille Neger Fra Afrika remix?

It's incredibly famous here and you can get it from most P2P programs.

Alot of people ripped off the original artist and therefore it can be found under various names like MTARP, Morten Tarp, DJ Mudden, DJ Feta and Lille Per.

Great remix of an old song performed by the character Lille Per in one of the movies "Far til Fire".

I wouldn't say most Americans are xenophibic.

But some of us are quite uninterested in what kind of stupic techno ******** is popular in Europe. Europeans are notoriously known for thier incredibly poor taste in music. See: David Hasslehoff as posted above.

I reiterate: Who gives a fuck?

So, you found some recording of someone who can press keys on a synthesizer, and then other people can "mix it up" and use absurd little names like DJ StinkyCheese and Mastah Bash. Whoopidy-freakin-dooo!

First, if you don't care about European music why the flying sweet mother of virgin Mary are you replying to this thread?!

Second, David Hasslehoff is about as American as you can get.

Baywatch?
Knight Rider?
Nick Fury?

Very, very typical American Hollywood movies and tv-series.

Just because he plays the German coach in Dodgeball doesn't make him European.

edit: Nor the fact that he's from Europe.

Would you call Arnold European? Naw!

edit: This one's just for the fun of it.

First off, I am replying to this thread to say "so what?" I thought that part was obvious.

David Hasslehoff is a laughing stock in the states, but a very popular "pop artist" (what an oxymoron) in Europe. Regardless of his nationality (which was not even close to the point of why I mentioned him, but I'll spell that out for you in mere seconds), he still has absolutely no talent, but the Germans adore him. "Bad taste." I think I already said that. The point is not his nationality, but the region of his popularity. I thought that was pretty self explainitory.

Night Rider? First of all, I don't recall Michael Knight ever singing. Secondly, we all know it was only popular with prepubescent geeks.

Baywatch? Certainly wasn't Hasslehoff that made that show popular. Again, the same geeks but a little older enjoying some good old fashioned T and A. The geeks' preferences matured, so to speak.

You're way off here. And all because I said I didn't care about techno and that Euros have no taste in music, and gave an example. Good job.

I didn't say I hated Europeans, just that they have no taste in music.

2. Yes they are.

When's the last time you were in Europe, Shady?
#24 Sep 28 2004 at 6:10 PM Rating: Default
Admittedly, it's been a while. But I have quite a few friends from Germay, UK, an aquaintance in France, Denmark, Iceland (not Europe, I know), Sweden, and other places that refer me to thier favorite music all the time. Blech. The majority of it is crap.

A large precentage of the American population has horrendous taste in music as well. Otherwise, why would Britney Spears be the teen idol that she is? I mean, do people actually listen to the music, or just watch her scantily clad body?

Yes, some good music does come from Europe. Of course I'll admit that. It would be ignorant not to. Some terrible music comes out of the US as well. But, generally speaking, Europe has put out some serious crap at much higher volumes.

Personal taste and cultural differences? Perhaps. That doesn't negate the fact that it's still crap to me.

Moron..

'Neger' in Danish is the same as 'Negro' in English and that's a non-offending word for African people.

Besides, the movie is from before some white dude felt sorry for the black dudes.

And I'm not a racist ********
