A huge conventional explosion within the eye of a Hurricane. Perhaps near the wall as the eye can be miles across. Wouldn't that disrupt it?

probably not, since a hurricane is just wind and rain
then again, i've lost 50 IQ points over the summer, so i can't think for the life of me^^

Not in the slightest! It could disrupt the flow in the immediate vicinity, then equilibrium would be quickly restored.
It would be like setting off a firecracker in a tornado.
