At the moment it is a 100% Beef pattie, broiled to perfection after being seasoned with Lawry's Black Pepper Seasoned Salt. Served on a gently toasted Hard Roll and a 1/8 inch thick slice of Vidallia Onion...

/em runs upstairs and fires up his broiler...

Right now i could go for some walleye done in cornflake crumbs , with canned spaghetti mixed with can beans, tater tots and possibly a salad on the side.

Followed up with a plate of seconds Smiley: drool2

Edit or back when i used to work as a cook i would make a heart attack burger that had grilled bun, 1 pattie, melted mozza cheese, sauteed mushrooms, more mozza, 1 more pattie, cheddar, bacon, choice of toppings then grilled bun.

It was a work of art and not sloppy looking at all. Follow that up with plate of fresh cut french fries with salt and vinegar and you could hear my arteries hardening. I dont know how i managed that without getting fat. Also the patties werent prepackaged, mixed them up myself to make them extra good.

Black Pepperjack Doritos
Oreos
Fish (grilled, not fried)
Potato Salad
Coleslaw
Ramen

The list goes on, I just love all food I guess, except for eggs, I can't eat eggs in any shape or form, only as an ingredient.

Appetizer - Crab Cakes with a sweet ginger sauce or a california roll with real crab.

Entree, Hmm, either a nice japanese curry, a really well done pasta dish with tomato sauce or shrimp tempura made with panko, dipped in batter and panko.

Dessert - key lime pie.

They are brand new. You could be right about the regional thing, seeing as how I live in Michigan.

My personal favorite is sweet and sour chicken with some deep fried vegtables and for desert a deep fried oreo or two. Yes I realize I'm gonna die young but I'll die happy. Plus at 5'8 I only way 160 pounds and I'm built Tonka tough.
