Max Resolution GimpedFollow

I just reformatted my hardrive and before I reformatted I was able to take my screen resolution well above 1280x1024 but now after the reformatting I can't get it past 1280x960. All my drivers are up to date ie. moniter, graphics card, displays drivers...

Does anyone know why it won't take the resolution up any higher? I have an ATI Radeon 128Mb graphics card so i'm pretty sure it can handle the resolution. Oh yeah and I have DirectX 9.0.
