Final Fantasy XI, change serverFollow

I am from England and the European launch is near, I am having a hard time explaining 'how to join my server' to my friends, I found a link along time ago on the web and was hoping to use this as a guide for them.

After an hour or so of searches on google.com, I found one website, but is using Japanese screenshots, which isn’t the version I used:

The guide I remember was a lot simpler and had English screenshots. Does anybody know the link I am referring to, please any help would be greatly appreciated
