i resently had my computer reformatted by my friends cousin and for some reason i don't have any sound now. if i go to the volume control it says that there are no active mixer devices available. if anyone can help i would be gratful. chipper10lf is my yahoo IM name. i am on right now
you need to reinstall your drivers for your sound card
if you have a card like soundblaster, go to the company site and look for downloads.
you may be able to get the drivers through windowsupdate too.
