Ok i started a new game in FF7 and im in the Gold Saucer Prison.What lv does barret need to be to kill Dyne right now he is lv 20, cloud is 23 and tifa is 22. Barret will also be using the restore materia (which is lv.2). Also post about FF7 about anything thanks for your help!!!

I'm sorry to say that I haven't played it in a while. If I had I would be happy to give you my recommendations. Of course a good answer is to level up until you can beat him.
I'm just surprised that you got that far with such a weak squad. I suggest levelling up big time, stay near the elevator and train their. Get free healing in the front of the truck.
