Ok, why is it when I rate any post on a thread and then hit the "Rate Posts" button, nothing changes?
#2 Jul 16 2004 at 11:31 PM Rating: Decent
Because you are nothing.. With 85 posts.. Probably trying to rate people with like 6,000+ posts down or something..

Possibly because you are a sockpuppet, and have been hit with a no-rate status.

I'll play nice.

You have to be Scholar (3.01) or above to rate posts.

Everyone can rate posts, but if you are not a Scholar or above it will have absolutely no effect.

Not everyone can rate posts. You have to have a karma 3.01 or higher to rate. Some people cannot rate due to abusing the system and had their privileges revoked.

But the "Select Rating" drop down menus and "Rate Posts" button still appear on the page even for non-scholars. Even though it doesn't actually change ratings. I'm sure that could be confusing.
