You can get to 43 in a weekend. You haven't even started playing the class yet. Get to 65 and figure it out for yourself. Even at 65 you're just starting to understand how to play a warrior.

To make a long story short, I don't take any responsibility for anything I post here. It's not news, it's not truth, it's not serious. It's parody. It's satire. It's bitter. It's angsty. Your mother's a *****. You like to jack off dogs. That's right, you heard me. You like to grab that dog by the bone and rub it like a ski pole. Your dad? Gay. Your priest? Straight. **** off and let me post. It's not true, it's all in good fun. Now go away.

Haha, points for trunks. Well for the most part no. Since just after Velious (November 21, 2001 to be exact) when I started playing, warrior largely reamined unalterd. I soloed pretty much until I was about lvl 20, which took forever back then, but I knew my capabilities very well. Keep in mind this was back in the good Ol days. Once I started grouping I went toward high 40s pretty fast.

Then Luclin came out. And with in a weeks time I couldn't buy a group. I spent a LOT of time sitting around. Paladins and Shadow Knights were just better tanks period. Even when PoP came out the problem didnt get any better. Even the LFG tool didn't help. I've got all my trades between 160 and 200, even jewel craft and tailoring. I had that much time to do nothing. Farming pelts became more my choice then even bother to look for a group. And as a warrior I couldn't farm money worth a damn. It wasn't untill they started redoing a lot of melee things started looking up. Such as when they changed how well monks mitigated.

Even when they changed the warrior mitigation and melee system, including the new disciplines, for a good month or two it still sucked cause every one who stashed that warrior toon away cause they sucked dusted em off. There would be a dozen warriors LFG and every one of em higher level then me.

But I digress. These were bad times. Since they poked and prodded and I probably could have got to this with out boring you with the grandpa story. Warriors now a days ARE worth playing. Since they are now worth there salt tanking it ain't bad. However, unless you have the platinum or AA points later on, you might have some annoying argo problems. I've got 80 AA, most of it spent on things I believe would enhance argo, and I still get problems with some casters and pallys/sks.

However, if you had asked this question several months ago, I would have told you to run away. When I think of the other classes I could have made in all that wasted time I cringe. But I was sadly dedicated to my dear warrior. I've got a 53 shammy now to mix things up, but the warrior always comes first. But since the guiding light of SOE has finally shown on the warrior class after all these years, I say play on. Will it be a challenge? Yes. Will you get pissed of and angry at some time. Very likely. Some people drool over druids, rave over rangers, and cheer over clerics. I choose to worship the warrior. It won't be an easy path, but its one I honestly say I never regret taking.

Grab you swords, slap on the helmet and take your beatings like a man.

Or mannish women ...
