I live in NY, where fireworks are illegal. My dad drove down into Pennsylavania and bought about $125 worth of fireworks. My dad lives by a small resevoir where lots of people blow off some fireworks. So, after we go to the big fireworks show nearby, we're gonna head home and blow all those off, which is a blast. ^^ (no pun intended)

Well, since I live in South Georgia where lots of stuff is illegal, but people doing it anyways, i'm prolly gonna go to the Sand Dunes with my friends, start a big fire, and have bottle rocket wars.

Childish? Yes, but lots of fun too.

I live in Hawaii. Our personal fireworks are generally reserved for the New Year (thanks in large part to our high Asian concentration I think). On the 4th of July, we go out to our porch (which has a great view of downtown Honolulu and Waikiki) and watch fireworks. We barbecue steak and shrimp and make Portuguese bean soup with grilled cheese sandwiches. It's a nice, subdued family gathering.

Booze, a large bonfire, tons of fireworks, and several calls to the cops from neighbors.

Yeah, I love the Fourth.

To make a long story short, I don't take any responsibility for anything I post here. It's not news, it's not truth, it's not serious. It's parody. It's satire. It's bitter. It's angsty. Your mother's a *****. You like to jack off dogs. That's right, you heard me. You like to grab that dog by the bone and rub it like a ski pole. Your dad? Gay. Your priest? Straight. **** off and let me post. It's not true, it's all in good fun. Now go away.

Huge boat party on Lake Fenton.

Many pontoons tied together with hundreds of people walking from boat to boat drinking and partying and mixing.

Bellyflop contests during the day and fireworks over the lake at night.

Well, against my will, I'm attending a wedding for two people that I've supposedly met before. Usually though, I'd go down to the VFW in town and watch the fireworks with some family friends that are members there.

Honestly though, who the **** has a wedding on the 4th of July?!

Got people coming over to shoot off fireworks at my place. So long as we don't burn down anything important, it should be tons of fun.

Depends on where I am at the time and if I'm tasked to do some sort of drill or flag ceremony. Which, I'm normally not so I normally just collect up a bunch of airmen in the dorms and go get sloshed while playing frisby or something. Taking a break between throws to check the grill.

That's about the jest of it.

Going to Duluth, MN. The fireworks show there is usually pretty damn good, and as a bonus, the city across the channel has their fireworks show at the same time. Sit in the right spot and you can watch them both...

Oh, and get really drunk.

Sometimes I go to WI, drink a little, light f-works, and play games with friends.

But not this year.

I dunno. Probably go eat at a casino buffet with my parents and play FFXI. I should buy a stack of fireworks and light them off.

Huge party on my balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean. It will look oh so pretty, especially considering the gallons of alcohol I will consume.

And just to the North is NH, where nothing is illegal. There is a fireworks shop just two miles from my house in Londonderry, in fact. All the M@ssh0les grab there goods there, and smuggle them back to Taxachussets for some illegal fun.

Since I get to work on the 4th, I will make my way from my office to the Longfellow bridge, and watch the fireworks over the Charles River.

Normally, everyone is always away... like, my brother and sister go off with their friends and my dad always goes to work, so me and my mom just find something to do. Well, this year, me and my friends are having a party on July 3rd.
