Hey guys,

I mentioned this in the Hooked on Cartoons thread but I don't think anyone got to read it so I am going to post it.

Does anyone know where I can buy anime for a good price? Every place I check out is really expensive, and if any of you have any good sources please let me know. Thanks!

Yeah i noticed that to, Anime usually costs more than your regular joe schmoe DvD, wish i could help you. The secret is just to keep looking. Not that im a big anime fan but ive looked around since getting hooked on TV series like Cowboy Bebop and such.

Guess you could always keep an eye out in used DvD shops and such.

If you don't like buying stuff off of the interwaeb, try Suncoast. I have a membership there, and that saves me some money. They have a good selection as well. Also keep an eye out at your local rental place. The Blockbuster near me has a small selection of anime.

Blockbuster is one of the worst ripoffs.. I worked there a while ago and still didn't buy stuff from them. It was cheaper to buy movies from bestbuy even after my 20% discount.

You can also try Walmart/Target. I dunno what kind of selection they have, but they usually have cheap prices.
