I'm not too picky about my vodka, although I tend to prefer Finnish or Russian. They have a "clean" flavor to them that I like.

Vodka also, but it needs to be Grey Goose. Everything else tastes like rubbing alchohol at this point. Goose is very clean, you should give it a shot. It's french Vodka which makes no sense emphirically, but they definately got it right.

I actually had some a few weeks ago at a party. Yeah. It's pretty good. But it's French. There's just something wrong about that...

I'd like to add to those talking about nothing but getting slamed. As you'll hopefully discover once you get out of Highshool, drinking liquor is not purely about getting drunk. If you think that way, and continue to think that way through your adult life, you will be that smelly bum begging for "sandwich" money at the local corner store.

Anything strong but still tastes good... I'm a girl... it's gotta taste good still.

So... Leg spreaders, Alabama slammer (low on the juice), etc. It's all good.

Hmm... anyone else thirsty now?

"Anyone ever try Absenth?"

do you mean the real stuff that's illegal in the US, or the watered down stuff you don't need a sugarcube for?

either way, the answer is no for me.

I haven't tried Absynthe, however I have looked into it... It is legal in England, and as such may be imported to the US via mail. However, it is still illegal here, so I suggest you not get caught with it.

Absynthe in it's raw form is a type of poison, hence the need to dilute it. I don't remember the methods, a friend of mine searched for it and found some different ways to process it so it wouldn't be lethal. However, if anybody is interested in trying it, I'd say be careful, from everything I've heard about it, it's a very dangerous hallucinogenic type drug with poisonous properties if not processed correctly.

Yes, it's spelled "Absynthe" and although the real version is illegal in the States, it is still made by people who are really, really into Burning Man and maybe also made by Goths.

No need for me to read every post when you exist! Thanks!

Even the legal, State side version will get you jiggy. The imported, illegal version is a whole different story...

Southern Comfort and DP are pretty good. One that I have found lately would be Kerns necter made by Libby's mixed with ice and either vodka or so-co in a blender. Really, really good for those hot summer evenings
