pleaaaaase help!Follow

i've tried tech support forums but they're no help

when i play a video, no matter what player, it's played in colors like photo negatives. Pictures, games, flash files, and the like are all normal colored, but any vids are just messed up colors. i ran windows updater, downloaded codecs, and reinstalled windows media player, but nothing helps. any ideas? i don't think it's the graphics card because if it was wouldn't all of my stuff be messed up?

and the computer is less than a year old.

bah gonna reformat tonight then. damn computer, but i guess i need to anyways. too much spyware and whatnot
